Diet Meal Plan :)

He he sajer jer... tengah gatal tangan nak menaip nie... Hilangkan tekanan jap...bukan tekanan apa, tekanan sebab terlebih  makan. Ni sajer nak kongsi Diet Meal Plan yang diberi oleh kawan yg kerja di LWM. Dulu dia kerja di LWM di IOI Mall, pernah la dapat free treatment (Siapa sajer akan dapat free trial), tapi kalau nak masuk plan dia..x mampu..walaupun dia banyak kali pujuk..guna credit card la.., ada installment plan la... he he...free lagi best kan...
Sekarang dia dah kerja di LWN the Weld..(naik pangkat).. NI ada simpan lagi meal plan yg kita ambil dekat LWM.. terjumpa balik..dah renyuk dah simpan dalam hbag yg nak kena dispose hari tu...
Sapa-sapa teringin boleh la ikut...


BREAKFAST
Whole meal / wheat bran bread -2 keping jer tau (di bakar lagi elok) + Juice
OR
Buah-buahan (Dgn kulit sekali yea) Apple/apricots/balckberrie/buluberries/cranberries/peach/prun + Juice
OR
Sayuran hijau (boiled/Steam) dicampur dgn flaxseed oil (direnjis-renjis jer) + Juice
OR
Whole grain oatmeal/cereal di campur dgn air sajer yea tanpa susu :) + Juice


Ambil Apple cider vinegar + 1 teaspoon honey --> 1/2 hour before breakfast
and 1 cup of cucumber juice after breakfast


LUNCH
ABC SOUP (potatoes +carrots+sweet corn+onion + ginger + taufoo)
OR
Brown rice (1/2 bowl) + veggies (aspragus/bean/Brussels sprouts/cabbage/beets/kale/peas) + white meat (fish/chicken breast meat without skin)
 * Add some ginger to your veggies, soup and meat
* Use ginger, onion or garlic to replace salt
* You may also use apple cider for your cooking


DINNER
Grapefruit juice + no limit of vegetables and fruits *raw vegetables - carrot/cucumber/salad/ alfafa
OR
Grapefruit juice + steam fish/ taufoo/eggs/chicken breast + 1/4 raw vege'

SNACK - Barley drink/ yogurt/ fruits/raw vege'

Suggestion:
1. CUT DOWN dairy products, fat, spicy, deep-fried food, soft drink, red meat, white flour, high process food (no MC D, KFC, PIZZA, nugget etc) coffee, salt, alcohol and sugar
2. 20 minutes walk a day
3. Drink more water (30liter/day)
4. Add some ginger to your diet. "Ginger stimulates digestive system ans eases passage of food through intenstine
5. Add more servings of fruits and vege'

So apa lagi...cuba lah... Tapi memang kita x berapa ikut la dia punye diet ni... cam x selera..ha ha.. Nanti kita share kita punye cara diet la pulak yea...tapi jgn pulak gelak..ni diet cara org kampung..ngeh-ngeh.... :)

Nak Kurussss!!

Kalau tengok tajuk mesti semua nak tahu kan.. ha ha. Ni bukan resepi nak kurus tapi giler tengok Raja Ema jadi cover majalah Nona yg baru, kurusnyer...look so much different. Ni yg geram nak start diet balik nih, tapi kena curi-curi diet lah, sebab en. husband dah xbagi diet, katanya dah kurus..padahal bukan dia x nampak ada extra sana-sini. :(

Full figure dia cam kat bawah ni, mmg tergugat la kita tgk tadi..adoi..

Kuruskan, tersangatlah lah kurus, dah lain sesungguh, yg sebab xde hijab tu no komen la, sebab kite ni pun pakai x mengikut hukum pun, bab tu tolak tepi sebabnya nak cite pasal Raja Ema yg naik berkilo masa kawin dan selepas mendapat anak dulu, dah turun jadi macam miss hindustani punye heroin jer...- hidung jadi mancung pun ader.. (heh ala-ala mak temah jer kita cakap ek),...

Segan pulak kalau nak tempek gambar sebelah dier, tinggi die lebih kurang ngan kita jer, sebabnya tahu, pernah ambil gambar masa Raja Ema tgh hot zaman dia solo dulu. Tapi ntah mana tah gambar tuh... 
Bila la nak start execercise balik ni ek.,. adoi,,x de kawan la pulak... alamatnyer, exercise depan tv jer la, kena kuatkan semangat nih... Balik nak singgah kedai buku, nak tunjuk dgn en,husband..nak kurus cam Raja Ema..hu hu, nak tgk dia punye reaksi, mana tau dapat green light...he he...

Resepi nak diet x yah la yer..kita punyer menu diet lintang pukang gak, ikut mana-dan jer.. Tapi yg pasti nasi ikan bakar dgn yong tau foo mesti ada... itu pengikat selera ngeh ngeh... :)

Okay nak gi solat dulu... and sematkan di hati... ;)
